Not only did Tartanic (the original) part ways, but the guy who took the name and started a new band (against the wishes of everyone) also made unauthorized copies and the old group's cds and is selling them for profit. He has admitted to duplicating and selling $15000 worth and refusing to give a penny over to the guy who owns the copyright for the cd. He was given a handful of cds (less than 40) at the end of AZ fest in 2007 to keep as personal copies, but somehow he magically continued to sell a couple hundred a weekend for months? He later burst into the work place of one of the former members drunk and declared he had made the copies and nobody could do anything about it (as he said, he did this for dramatic effect).

So if you ever see this new group selling an album called Unthinkable, they are violating copyright law. Please call the local FBI if you do.
